Dec 8, 2023. #1. Searched the forum, but no clearly pertinent posts... Friend's new torque-sensing 2023 Level.2 worked perfectly for the first 100 miles or so. But on yesterday's ride, all higher PAS levels suddenly felt like PAS 1/5, which still felt normal to him. Throttle response and display were also normal. Rode it myself to confirm.

The only cure is to remove the battery for 5 - 10 seconds, then remount it, and start all over.
