The burger was cooked to order and the buns were fresh. The burger came with tomatoes, pickles, mustard, beef patty, and chili. The chili tasted like hormel chili from a can. The fries were fresh, hot, and good. In-Out burger pricing is a bit lower, but Tommy's offer chili and it is not busy. There were only a few customers during the lunch period.
